Thanks to all participants and supporting staffs, IMQA2014 in Chiba University was successfully finished. Fifty-four participants from seven countries were attended.

- Yibing Zhan (Univ. of Science and Technology of China, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China), “Binary Logic: A Strategy to Detect Structure Distortion in Image Quality Assessment”
